The Control Center, LLC focus on quality and customer service adheres to ISO 9001 in every way. It is apparent in our documents, service and delivery that the customer is our priority. We, the management and quality team of Control Center, know the value that is demanded by our customers and we can only supply that by embracing a quality system that drives constant improvement into our product.
Our quality system encompasses the sale, design, and manufacturing of products and systems for the industrial marketplace. The Control Center Quality Assurance Manual specifies general company polices and procedures for emulating the quality system requirements developed by the International Standards Organization (ISO), and standards developed by the U.S. Government and industry.
The Control Center management team has implemented the quality system as a means of ensuring that the product or service conforms to specified requirements. The Control Center, LLC quality system is written and implemented to ensure maintaining the highest of quality standards.
Our quality system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001. We are accustomed to adhering to codes and standards world wide weather it be Atex, PED, UL 698, UL 508A, CSA, ASME or AGA Control Center can meet the customer’s requirements insuring accurate execution with exceptional value.
This quality system defines the quality plan and inspections for standard products sold, designed, or manufactured by Control Center, LLC. All welds are designed in accordance with ASME codes B31.1, B31.3 or AWS D1.1 as applicable. All Control Center welders and weld procedures are certified to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX or AWS D1.1 as applicable.
Control Center, LLC employs trained Six-Sigma “black-belts” to apply the Six-Sigma philosophy and tools in process improvement. All employees have been indoctrinated on Six Sigma capabilities and the management team has been trained on the tools and their applications.
