Marcus Turner
CEO/ CHAIRMAN
Mr. Turner studied engineering at the University of Central Florida. During his 30 year tenure with CC Mr. Turner has held nearly every position at CC. Since his promotion to management in 1984, Mr. Turner has successfully managed operations in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, New York and the Caribbean. In 1989 Mr. Turner took over day-to-day operations and eventually acquired ownership when he became president and CEO in 1991. He is involved in strategic decision making, customer relations, new and existing account development and provides leadership and vision. Mr. Turner is responsible for the growth and direction of CC’s largest accounts.

Michael Thomas
President
Mr. Thomas holds a BA in business from Kensington University in California. Mr. Thomas joined CC with over 25 years of management experience in the industry. As president Mr. Thomas is involved in strategic decision making, pricing, business development, global expansion, key account development and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining CC, Mr. Thomas held the position of president within the Calgon Carbon Corporation.

John Brooks
Vice President-Operations
Mr. Brooks holds a MS in mechanical engineering from the University of Central Florida. During his tenure with the firm Mr. Brooks has worked in various capacities including vice president of engineering and vice president of sales prior to his appointment as vice president of operations. Mr. Brooks oversees customer service, material handling, purchasing and key accounts.

Bob Knott
Vice President-Engineering
Mr. Knott holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas and heads the Company’s engineering and manufacturing departments. Mr. Knott is responsible for estimating, manufacturing, quality assurance, safety, project management, facilities, I.T., engineering and a few key accounts. Mr. Knott has over 30 years of engineering, manufacturing and business management including 17 years with Raytheon as senior principal engineer and director of engineering with The Automation Group, Inc.

Dan Rashy
Vice President Finance
Mr. Rashy holds BS in accounting from the University of Florida and has been a member of the AICPA and FICPA for over 20 years. In 1998 Mr. Rashy was hired to oversee all financial duties including raising equity capital and fostering relationships with creditors. Prior to joining CC Mr. Rashy held positions at PriceWaterhouse and Florida Residential Communities, Inc. In 1992 Mr. Rashy went to work for Consolidated Stainless, Inc. as corporate controller and assisted in taking the company public.
